Discovery Call
A low-pressure conversation to understand your business, current IT setup, and where you'd like to go. No technical preparation needed — just bring your questions.
Conversational, not a pitch. We respect your time.
Not sure what you need yet? That's exactly who this is for.
Ottawa-based · EN/FR · PIPEDA-aligned from day one.
"We're outgrowing our current IT setup but I'm not sure what we actually need."
"That's the most common starting point. Tell me about your team and the issues that prompted this conversation."
"15 people, mostly remote. Backup is informal, security feels weak, IT support is a friend doing favors."
"Got it. Three priorities I'd suggest exploring — I'll walk you through them and you decide what's worth a deeper look."
What to expect in 30 minutes
Your context (10 min)
What does your business do? How's your team set up? What prompted you to look for IT help right now? No prep needed — just talk.
Honest exploration (15 min)
We'll discuss what could help, what's not urgent, and where you might be over- or under-investing. Real conversation, not a pitch deck.
Next steps — your choice (5 min)
If there's a fit, we'll suggest a Free IT Assessment or Quote. If not, we'll point you in a useful direction. Either way, you leave with clarity.
Pick a time
Sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams. You'll receive a calendar invite with the meeting link upon booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a sales pitch?
No. It's a conversation. We don't have slides or a script. If after 30 minutes you don't see a fit, no follow-up unless you ask for one.
What if I'm not the decision-maker?
Perfect — Discovery Call is great for early exploration before bringing decision-makers in. We can recap for your colleagues afterward.
How is this different from the Free IT Assessment?
Discovery Call is exploratory (30 min, no prep). The Free IT Assessment is deeper (60 min, structured 9-pillar review with Security Score). Discovery Call often comes first.
Do I need to share sensitive information?
No. We talk about goals and challenges at a high level. No credentials, no configurations, no documents.
Ready for something more concrete?
If you already know what you need, skip the conversation and go direct.
